Orders placed on business days are dispatched the same day. Our courier service usually delivers orders within Lithuania within 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Returns

Online purchases can be returned within 60 calendar days of receiving the order.

The returned item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original condition.

Diamond Authenticity & Quality

At MARRY ME by Ribas, we select our diamonds with care and purchase them exclusively from the world's leading and trusted diamond exchanges. Each diamond is carefully selected to ensure its authenticity, quality and traceability.

The majority of our diamonds are accompanied by GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certificates, confirming the diamond's key characteristics and quality assessment.

GIA is one of the world's most recognised gemological institutes, making its certification an additional source of confidence when choosing a diamond. The certificate provides detailed information about the diamond's key characteristics, including the 4Cs – colour, clarity, cut and carat weight.

We are always happy to help you understand a diamond's characteristics, explain the information provided in its certificate and find a diamond that best matches your expectations.

How will my order be packaged?

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure that it reaches you safely while preserving the feeling of a special moment.

Orders shipped by courier are first placed in discreet, neutral shipping packaging, followed by authentic MARRY ME by Ribas packaging. Jewellery is additionally placed in our signature jewellery box.

Smaller orders are packaged in a compact envelope-style package, while larger orders are shipped in a suitable-sized box.

If you collect your order at one of our stores, it will be presented in a MARRY ME by Ribas shopping bag and, depending on the item, in an envelope or jewellery box.

Can I change the ring size?

If the ring size is not quite right, we can professionally resize the ring – either increase or reduce its size, provided that the ring design allows for it.

If resizing is not possible, we can replace the engagement ring with another ring in the correct size.

Peace of Mind Guarantee

Engagement rings purchased in our physical stores come with a 30-day “Peace of Mind Guarantee”. While quality jewellery purchased in a physical store is generally not eligible for return, we want to give you additional peace of mind when making such an important decision.

If the answer is “no”, you can return the ring and, subject to the guarantee conditions, receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the ring.

The “Peace of Mind Guarantee” is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and does not apply to engagement rings individually made to a special order.
